Ok, so reporting after few weeks taking the supplements.AMAZING!!!!The histamine issues have almost desapeared, it is really incredible.I am also sleeping much better and having more energy and mood is stable.I am eating without fear :) such a relief _/\_

Very grounding
This is very grounding, it’s like recharging your battery, in China this is used to replenish yin and yang, it’s meant to be the best for doing that, and very good for stress for me

Hasn't made any difference
Havnt noticed any difference but have noticed my skin has gone so dry and dehydrated and made me look old. Been taking 2 tablets each morning not sure if I've been doing something wrong. Have been drinking loads.
