High quality and works great!
I was worried about whether or not the adapter would come with screws or bolts to attach to my Panavise device mount. It DOES come with bolts, washers, and nuts! So, keep that in mind and don't fret! I love Panavise products!

Should be metal.
This is okay, but doesn't hold up to bumps like knees or elbows very well, wish it was metal.

Just the right adapter plate that was needed
this was the only adapter that I could find to adapt my xm radio to my cradle. The adapter was a little expensive for a small plastic square and 4 screws and nuts. But when you need a certain item sometimes you have to pay the market price. Shipping was fast so I was happy overall.
