I'm usually lucky when it comes to products with bad reviews. But not this one. It looks nice for sure, but my passenger side mirror also folds. It's either 100% opened or closed, which makes it impossible for me to see anything. I wanted a discount on the price, as it MAY be fixable with some tapeTried contacting the merchant, and they ask to contact Amazon, vice versa. What bugs me is that Amazon is NOT displaying the correct information on the website and their assistance was terrible when I called. They shouldn't advise contacting the merchant if the merchant is not going to help at all. Guess I will try a chargeback with my credit card.

Can’t get through to anybody at DNA Motoring for assistance. Let me say I have purchased plenty of DNA products and never had an issue.I bought this mirrors and I’m having issues with left side operation in general.I would appreciate some assistance from there service dept as I cannot find help on there site and I’ve waited twice fo in excess of 40 mins and no one picks up.Amazon help??????Update: manufacturer contacted me and told to contact Amazon.ca. Did that and “Lorenzo” send me a new set, return info….. and install them and they work great!

These worked and looked great. Easy install

Mirrors were really easy to install, and the quality is pretty good. Only reason that I haven’t given it 5 stars is because the mirrors won’t lock in position. Every time I hit a bump the whole mirror (not the glass, but the entire mirror) moves. It’s very frustrating that my mirrors are never in the same place that I left them when I first adjusted them. If there was a way to fix the pivoting mechanism then I would give them 5 stars
