decent optics, comfortable
Comfortable, inexpensive safety glasses. They fit well and stay in place on my "XL"-hat size male noggin. They don't seem to fog up (at least when not wearing a mask), but fogging likely varies by ambient humidity and how tightly they fit your face. The curve of the glasses (and plastic material) means there's minor optical distortion to the sides, but it's not really noticeable except at the periphery of my vision. That distortion is found in almost all plastic-lens glasses of this design, so isn't a negative on these glasses. The edges of the frame have some non-clear material also. That means you'll want to turn your head (like people who wear prescription glasses do) rather than just move your eyes.I also really like the competingย 3M Tekk Safety Glasses , which have a better frame (less non-clear material), but I found they scratch easily if you get any grit on the glasses (and then wipe them off). I'd happily buy either these Pyramex or the 3M Tekk, depending on which was cheaper at the time.I feel a lot more comfortable with eye protection whether I'm working with power tools, in the yard, or cleaning anything that could splash or rebound. These glasses are Recommended.

Love these things. I've purchased several times here and will continue as long as they're unchanged
I'm in environments where I have to wear safety glasses most of the day. Suffice it to say, like a lot of other reviewers here, I've worn a LOT of different safety glasses over the decades. I agree that these are well built, properly priced, and provide ANSI certified protection for what I work with. They don't provide ballistic impact protection, so depending on what you need these for, they might work---might not.If you don't know why most glasses have Z87 embossed on the lens (and sometimes a few other letters and/or a + symbol), it's worth looking up just to know what protection your safety glasses are (or aren't) providing. The letters have to do with UV-a and/or UV-b light wavelength protection and how much light they let through. You might expect that all glasses provide impact protection, but read up, there's a difference between impact and ballistics ratings. Bottom line, make sure you know what claims your glasses make and make sure they meet your needs. No trip to the ER or blindness, etc. is ever worth buying glasses because they fit your budget. Here's a good reference: allaboutvision . com /askdoc /eye-safety.htm. It's easier to read through than the official ANSI site.If you like my reviews, please let me know and I'll continue to give my feedback on products I've purchased here on Amazon. I rely heavily on reviews of others when making purchases for me and my family and want to give the same feedback on products if it's helpful.

Very Sturdy
I purchased this item for a home demolition project in which a bunch of friends and family members were coming over to help rip some walls and ceilings down. I was buying many pairs at one time to make sure that everyone was protected, and so I needed something affordable. I was initially not going to look into this item because of its "Add On" status as opposed to immediately qualifying for Prime shipping. However when I looked into the actual details of that, I realized I was already ordering enough that they were going to ship for free anyway.Overall I was pleased with the comfort of the glasses and their ability to protect my eyes. I did get some bits of plaster in my eyes from time to time, though this was generally when a chunk of it had fallen on my head. I could also see through them fairly well and didn't notice distortion per se. I chose to give them 4 stars instead of 5 because I think the plastic could be a little more clear and because they don't protect as completely as more of a goggle design might, but for the price I do think they are a very good item. I was also impressed by their sturdiness; when my package arrived in the mail, the box was crushed in from several sides but none of the glasses were damaged. I also found a pair on the floor at the end of our demo day that was potentially dropped, stepped on, covered with building materials, etc. but still no sign of damage.

Great for work and bike racing
I used to use these at work, and they're pretty good. They look decent and there's great peripheral vision. I've also used them for cyclocross racing and they work well. At their price, once they get covered in mud you just toss them off. If you find them, great. If not, oh well. They also don't seem to fog.Only issue is that there's some distortion at the lower corners. This hasn't been a big deal for me, especially given the price and that it's not in the direct field of view, but could be a deal breaker for someone especially sensitive to distortion.

Good glasses, but not the best.
The lenses are crystal clear, which is nice, but the frames were tight (but not painful) on my head. If you have a wide head, I wouldn't recommend these for you. For me, they work without slipping off my face.I think there might be a bit of distortion, as things seem to be a bit bigger when I put them on. For cheaper safety glasses, however, they work, and they claim to qualify for the following ratings: ANSI Z87.1 (High impact), CE EN166, and CAN/CSA Z94.3-07.

Lightweight and comfortable
The most comfortable safety glasses I've ever owned, and I've tried a lot. Extremely lightweight, no distortion, no distracting frame - it's like not wearing safety glasses at all.Actually bought an entire box of them almost fifteen years ago. That box is long empty, and finding them again on here makes me far happier than safety glasses really ought to.Try the tinted ones for yard work.

Good light weight glasses
They fog up a bit depending on how you wear them, but for the money, you're not going to get better glasses.
