I have used this product for a long time and can not find at local retailers any more. Have bought from this seller and have had no problems. Recieved the day after I ordered. I'd you have curly hair and use a straightener on a daily basis I have found that this helps loosen the curl quite a bit and saves me a tremendous amount of time when straightening.

This is how my package was delivered to me - one full bottle empty and half of another bottle empty. Not ok with this. That’s why I gave it one star.As far as the product goes.....I’ve bought this product before at the store in town but my store quit selling it - that’s why I ordered from here. The product itself is wonderful- I have fine hair and this helps to give it body. Smells great and I doesn’t leave my hair sticky.

The product itself is amazing, works great for my thin hair. Completely disappointed in the packaging...opened the envelope to find ALL 3 bottles leaking and improperly packaged to prevent that from happening. Now, I have a mess to clean and 3 bottles that are about half full. Horrible.

This is my ride or die hair product! I have very fine hair but alot of it and it's usually very weighed down and I have zero volume. This stuff changes my hair completely! It not only gives volume but it makes it look and feel fuller! My hair won't grow past my shoulders but with this product I don't even care. It's the best thing since sliced bread!

The product is great but the spray is horrible. Every single bottle sprays on the "stream" option ONLY!!!. How am I supposed to spray this product on my hair as a stream???? Super frustrating!!

Its been difficult to find from one store to the next, but this stuff makes a world of difference in the volume and appearance of my hair! Everything I have tried from the NYM brand has been great!
