It looks good and feels high quality. No major flaws.To replace my decades old wallet that was falling apart, I actually purchased several wallets of a similar style to decide which one to use going forward. This one was the lowest cost of the bunch by a fair margin, and ended up being my favorite in the end.I like how subdued the branding is - just an embossed owl on the front and "WISE OWL" text on the back. The brand name itself is real words instead of a bunch of seemingly random characters the way many new foreign brands do.I also like the divided cash pocket to separate large and small bills, and how the overall wallet size is perfectly suited for US currency without being too large. The leather has a warm almost cherry hue without being too bright.I do have a few nitpicks on the design. not quality issues, just different preferences:I would prefer the ID window to not have a thumb hole in the clear plastic (they tend to collect dirt over the years), or even to skip the plastic entirely.The inside is embossed with "RFID" and "REAL LEATHER". This is the kind of thing that should only be on the product information - not marring the otherwise clean look of the interior.When filled with cards, the top of the wallet wants to splay open. It's a little worse when the top-most card slots are in use because the thickness of the back card stacks with the slightly thicker leather trim on the top edges of the cash pocket and divider. I stuck two cards in the second-to-top card slots leaving the topmost one empty to mitigate this, but it's still an issue and is common to all the wallets I tried that have horizontal (long edge) card slots. My old wallet that did not have this issue had card slots with short edge opening where cards would slide in and out from the center.Overall, I am happy with this wallet and couldn't find anything that I liked better at any price, even though this wallet was a bargain.

great quality wallet , looks fantastic and nice and thin to fit in my back pocket just right. RFID protection so youre good there too. bought for 12 bucks. Would buy over my other 30-40 dollar wallet.

It's early days. The wallet has no wear yet, so while the quality of the leather appears good, and the stitching up to standard I can't really evaluate its long term durability. It's slimness is as advertised and naturally, these days the RFID chip is a necessary feature. I'm optimistic that for what I paid, the value will prove true.

I've purchased two of these Wise Owl wallets in the last year, but only because I lost the first one. I've owned fairly high end leather wallets in the past, and these are made just as good. The stitching is solid and the leather looks great. Other distressed leather wallets I've owned before have a chalky feel to them, but these Wise Owl wallets feel really good in the hand. Last thing is the card slots are perfectly sized. They're not cramped or loose and they don't stretch out like other wallets. Highly recommend.

Great wallet! Nice and thin, which I needed since purging my wallet of cards I didn't use. Cards fit a little tight, but after a bit the slots stretch out a bit. Would definitely buy again.
