I liked that this was plug and play, I’ve had some time to experiment with it, the supplied cables work great for hooking up to the computer, but I couldn’t quite figure out how to use Live 1 or 2 inputs, until tonight, as near as I can tell, Live 1 does not work if you’re using the USB connection through the computer, i tested live 1 using my phone while using a plug strip to power usb, it worked, now Live 1 is plugged into my computer as a 3.5mm headset (only 1 headphone connection). Hope this helps others.

I bought this in February didn't use it for several months. When I hooked it up nothing worked. Terrible product. Cheap quality and definitely made in China.

Not really sure what exactly it is I am doing wrong, but this does not seem to be working for me. I connected it to my computer in garage band and I can’t seem to see the microphone as an input option which it should not be the case.Updates: did some more research and lots of YouTube videos later, it’s finally working like it’s supposed to the only issue now is the sound quality still is not as clear as it says it should be

I missed the window to return it otherwise, I would. I waited several months to set this up only to find out the microphone doesn't fit the stand. Also the swivel arm is very janky. Now I have to buy parts for it fit properly. Sigh

If you’re looking for a good microphone, try ANYTHING else, your smartphone microphone is better than this. The sound comes out with so much static and even when you adjust the buttons it still sounds like it was recorded in the 40’s.Don’t waste you money, buy ANYTHING else.If you want a crisp sounding microphone, get the wired earpods by Apple.
