Ordered pot on 3 19 2022, pouring lever busted off today 2 3 2024,is there a warnnity?

Product looks great keeps coffee temperature okay, wish it was a bit hotter

I gave this a 3, but it probably is more like a 3.75. It is the size I wanted--just about enough for 5 cups of coffee. It doesn't keep liquid real hot, and it doesn't keep it hot for a long time. It works ok for what I want it for, since I don't drink coffee after about 10 a.m anyway. The most annoying thing about it is that when you stop pouring from the container, it continues to leak liquid. It isn't a big deal, but I am constantly cleaning the spout.

At first I was really impressed by the design and performance of this carafe. The water was hot after about 8-9 hrs. But after several weeks of use, the spout started not to close as fast as before and the water was completely cold after just a few hours. Unfortunately the window for returning the product is over and I am stuck with a useless carafe.

I bought this little carafe after purchasing and using a larger one that is too big for 2 cups of coffee. I enjoy my perked black coffee in the morning but do not enjoy the last cup after the percolator has been plugged in for an hour or more. The first carafe was too big for my two cups in waiting. However, this carafe is perfect in size, temperature holding, and cleaning. If you are like me and have only about 2 cups or <17 ounces to keep hot, get this carafe.

Got this for my husband. He is bedbound at the moment. I am EXHAUSTED running up and down stairs either getting coffee or heating coffee up. Problem solved!!!!! Yeah I read the reviews and decided to take a chance on this. I am so glad I did. We love this thing. Have I had any trouble with getting the lid seated on right. Yep. Sure have. But what I've learned in my 62 years is to be patient and don't force things. So after the first time I tried to put the lid on and it was off kilter I took a deep breath and started over. I didn't force it and change the threads by trying to get it to go on straight when it obviously wasn't going to. I picked it up slightly and dropped it down on the pot. I gently turned it and ...wala!!!! On perfectly! Once in a blue moon it gets started wrong so I again take a deep breath and pick it up and drop is down on the pot and it twists on just fine. I don't use the lever to twist it on either. That's what most people are doing and they snap it off. If this breaks at any point I will definitely update this post. I was a member of the vine voices for the last year and a half and had to quit because my husband got sick but I am devoted to giving the best reviews I can do people don't throw good money out of the window on trash. We all work too hard. I think for the $ this was a good purchase for us so far.
