Only worked for a few uses - but very responsible seller
After I reached out to the seller about what happened, they decided to refund me. As they are very responsible, I’m updating the rating.——-After a few uses, the printer started complaining that it can’t recognize the inks. But as I’m not a heavy user, I can’t ask for return. The return window is past due.

Responsive and attentive, fixed issues
I ordered black and color for my Canon. The black worked fine, the Color continually caused errors and rendered my printer useless. I contacted them on the weekend and left a message. First thing Monday morning, they returned my call. They sent a new cartridge, which worked just fine. I was VERY SATISFIED with their customer service, and the ink cartridges print with the same great quality as the Canon original. I will continue to buy from them!!

Fit perfectly into my Cannon Printer on first try. Arrived on time and well packaged. Have only been using it for a short time, so unable to comment on Longevity, Will purchase again when the time comes to replenish the ink cartridges.

I would buy it again.
I've had one of these cartridges installed for a couple weeks, and it works as expected. I didn't rate longevity as I'm still using the cartridge, and hope to for some time. Value for money, when describing print cartridges, would seem to be an oxymoron, but it is cheaper than the original equipment manufacturer.
