The real marzipan!
I used to live in Lübeck Germany where Niederegger, the true marzipan is made. This brought back many fond memories!

Good quality
Unprepared for other versions and flavors. Don’t care for the milk chocolate-would have chosen a different package. This brand is the BEST tasting! I would also like a little thicker chocolate covering.

Stale stale and stale
These were dry and alcohol flavor which is nice and moist was not there. Almost felt like they were stored for a long time. No plastic sheeting sealing on top of the box either

Dry, Stale, Flavorless
Normally I love Niederegger marzipan, but these were not good at all. The chocolate itself was dusty looking like chocolate gets when it's really old. It wasn't expired, but was definitely stale, dry, and flavorless. The only thing I can guess is that maybe it was stored in a hot building / warehouse. If this is someone's first experience of Niederegger, they will never buy that brand again.
