Pens were great. Easy to design and came exactly as pictured.

These pens are great for the price. They are nothing too special, but with the customization you can really make them your own. I ordered a lot of them for my wedding and they were so worth it because they were cheap! Just another nice touch to make my wedding more personalized.

Only issue I believe could have been better was the packaging. These pens came in the mail, loose and in a bag. No protection except for a bag. No padding, or cardboard backing. The bag was in dire shape and I thought for sure ink would have been busted, etc. Luckily it wasn't. It wouldn't take too much more effort, in my opinion, to place the customized pens in sturdier protection, vice loose in a bag. Otherwise, happy with the pens. They write fairly well and are not flimsy. A little expensive for only 10 pens, but... I did NOT need 100-150 pens, that companies like pens.com make you order. Thanks. Also, Order came quicker to my door than expected.

I got these done for my husband to pass out to people, it has served its purpose. Great fonts and durability. The pens also came before expected!!

Good quality pens, but my order was missing one pen (I counted twice). Also the image printing didn't come out super clear. My students still love them though!

The pens seemed to be falling apart out of the box. Also when I tried to write with them, they didn’t write well (like when you are running out of ink). These pens were purchased to give away with my business logo however if the person throws away the pen, it’s not going to help my business. Will not be buying again
