I've been taking Vitavana Glucosamine for about two months, since I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. I've noticed in that time that I've been a lot less sore in general and have had far less sharp pains in my lower back. I recommend it, and I recommend that you use the whole bottle before making a decision as it took me about two weeks to really see the effects. There are no side effects that I am aware of.

Honestly speaking here about the amount of pills one has to consume per serving is not a big deal... This product does the job! So far they offer the best of the three ingredients one needs for our maintenance and recovery we need (bone wise) when hitting the gym 5 to 6 days a week.

I Like the product, but I don't like the fact that I have to take 5 caplets each time which will make the bottle last less than I expected.
