Q: Has anyone tested the rfid protection?

I can say that I have. Do note that most RFID protectors will help reduce the distance from where a card can be read. Like, without protection I can read an RFID card from realtively afar.(depends on the reading hardware) But, inside this, I have to literally touch the reader to the pouch(in my case) in order to read through it. It is an upgrade from no protection at all, just not RFID proof.

Q: Can we put car document

Yes, there are enough pockets inside holder..easy to carry many other docs

Q: Can we put mobile also?

Yes. Sufficient to keep your travel docu and normal size mobile.

Q: Can we put adhar card in it??

I didn't try this, but as far as i seen you can put card size aadhar card easily.
