Product as advertised
Ordered 2 pieces for a 2002 toyota Sequoia SR5 that I just bought... Used international shipping from the US to UAE, timely delivery (happily it arrived before time), item was received in good condition and was as advertised with all the accessories and installation manual. Fit up was perfect and ride performance was as expected for an OEM replacement. The vehicle was a little higher (no complaints from me) honestly my old units were completely dead so I don't know what would have been the original vehicle height..these were installed with a matching front set of KYB 341466 Excel-G that I got locally... Will update after a month of use

Missing parts and wrong description
I bought two of them. One came with all the bushings but the other one came with nothing. Also the description says it is made in Japan but the ones I received were made in Mexico.I like KYB Struts and Shocks but very disappointed with this purchase.

KYB the way to go
These shocks are great and the mounting top tower on shock was made for my vehicle. Had two "Bilste" rear shocks on previously that didn't last 2years when the universal tower adaptor broke off causing a clanking sound in suspension. We couldn't locate sound problem till shock completely snapped off. The new KYB shocks have excellent ride characteristic and most of all it didnt have some crazy adaptor on it that made it universal shock.

Excellent product
Improved the ride in my SUV.Previously was using Monroe shocks and just don't hold well.Hopefully these last a lot longer.

Ordered 2 shocks only received 1.
Shock looks good I ordered 2 shocks for the rear it was for a project vehicle that I didn’t get around tell yesterday when I opened the box ther was only one shock should have opened the box sooner bummer I am out a shock. I doubt they will do anything about it now.
