Q: Are they labeled with which chakra frequency they resonate with? I had a set previously that did and it’s helpful not to look up for each use.

The frequency of each is indicated on them but they are not marked with the name of the chakras; if you know the frequency of each chakra, these will work for you. In my opinion they sound great and the reverberations are long lasting.

Q: Where are these manufactured and where do they ship from?

Thank you for contacting Tools for Wellness. You are correct, the weighted forks have a slightly different frequency. To offer the most accurate frequency with the best possible results the weighed forks need to be tuned slight different to maximize the frequency benefit.
