I received this quickly and once I started looking into the product that was to be used on my dog I see this information. Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) is a plant with yellow or purple flowers found in Europe, Asia, and North America. It contains chemicals that are poisonous.Comfrey contains chemicals called pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs), which can cause severe liver damage. It also contains chemicals that might reduce swelling. The bottle is not opened and the I go to return and it is not returnable. ZERO stars.

Cured my cat's allergy
My cats have an allergy with bald spots from scratching. This seemed to help. I put the calendula on it several times a day (mixed with water per instructions) and within 3 days it was looking so much better and he was finally able to sleep (me too). The veterinarian said it would be weeks before it healed - not with calendula!!! I even tried it on a cut I had that would not heal before I put it on my dog to make sure it did not burn or anything. I always have a bottle on hand now!
