soft rainfall feel
Depending on what you like in the shower, this may or may not be the head for you. I personally like a little more pressure and sharper stream of water, a little more vigorous feel to cleanse and wash. Most shower heads and handles are already hampered by low-flow features but still many have a decent feel of pressure. Other people like a softer feel, and this would be the shower head for them. It has a wide, even distribution, a rainfall feel. So its a lower pressure, gentler feel. For that reason, I prefer the old shower head, but my wife likes this one. The installation has an extra ring over the nut, with a set screw in it. You should apply teflon tape over the threads to keep a trickle of water coming through the space for the set screw. It's Grohe made, so it's heavy duty and high quality.

Hansgrohe always good
This is a great showerhead my only complaint would be for the price point I would expect a little better pressure but knocking out the flow restrictor helped quite a bit.

Nice shower head
I like trying out various shower heads to see if they are better than my current one. They are easy to change, after all - just unscrew the old one and screw on the new. My most common reaction is that someone turned the water pressure down, since all heads these days have restrictors installed. It has become standard practice to remove the restrictors so I can properly evaluate the performance.I’m happy to say this shower head pleasantly surprised me - it has plenty of orifices to provide complete coverage. My go-to test is to rinse shampoo out of my hair- a good unit provides enough flow to rinse my hair clean in just a few seconds, while a poor head takes forever. This one is right in the middle - not the best I’ve tried, but not the worst either.I’ve decided to leave this one installed for a while so I can see if there are any significant downsides. Haven’t found any so far.

Good nozzles, good shower
I wanted to change the shower head. It has a beautiful design.first class 5 sprays silicone nozzle buds are flexible. As a result of long-term use, there is accumulation in the nozzles, it can be easily cleaned by touching. It's like rain, but even more beautiful. Its quality is visible in the shower head category.

Outstanding!
It's the best of four premium showerheads that I've selected to replace basic heads installed in a new build house. It's among the very best shower head designs I've installed in remodels. All were in this premium category. The Raindance spray is interestingly delivered through five likely laser-cut or micromachined micro-sprays per silicone membrane nozzles. So, from a hundred silicone nozzles spread across the diameter of a premium silicone membrane, the design delivers 500 micro-thin directed sprays. The 5-spray silicone nozzle buds are supple to the touch. They appear to be easily touch-cleanable to remove inevitable future water deposits. This particular shower is a smaller, travertine footprint. Overspray on the side glass can become a water escape. A more directed spray head was what I was looking for. The spray remains coherently directed into a remarkably tight 8-9" diameter spray pattern on the drain, 8' below the showerhead. The total output of the 2.5 gal/minute shower is delivered in a dense, saturating spray to the body. There is no noticeable overspray. A fine mist bounces off the skin. The feeling is quite different. "Rain" is a broad marketing term inevitably used to describe showerheads. It's much better than rain. I'd use words like 'dense', 'saturating', and 'crisp', not 'sharp' to describe the well-engineered flow dynamics. Abundant steam rolls out the confluence of 500 engineered streams.Hansgrohe is a premium brand. This showerhead harkens back to the firm's high precision, original reputation. Excellent value in the premium showerhead market. As a super-quality shower head, it ranks among my favorite home appliances.

Exquisitely made…
I'm a fan of hansgrohe bathroom accessories. They're beautifully finished and precisely made. hansgrohe is a luxury line of bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures majority owned by Masco Corporation (also owner of Delta, Peerless and Brito lines), and this is an exquisite hansgrohe rainshower shower head. This head comes in 2.5 and 1.75 GPM flows; I got the 2.5 for more flow. This shower head has the precisely-machined and engineered feel of a Swiss watch. Long silicone nozzles make cleaning easy; simply brush your hand across the showerhead face and bend the nozzles to clear the occasional clogged nozzle. The brushed bronze finish is rich-looking and beautful. And the back of the shower head is as finely crafted as the front. Almost no one does plumbing fixtures for the kitchen and bath better than hansgrohe, and this is hansgrohe at the top of its game.
