Headphones
Is my son was very happy with the product but sadly the headphones are absolute rubbish as soon as he put them in his ears they fell apart, I suggest soon as you open the package you throw them in the bin

Mic not good
I love this product so much the only complaint I have is that the microphone is so quiet I couldn’t be heard but I just got another one to plug into soundboard and now works fine.

Good products. But something is missing with it.
The 2 white connector are both rounds and there's no connector to go with it to connect in my mobile phone Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and the black connector I use is mine and not include in the product package and the Condenser mic has not include a cap with it and it should have a Cap coz it makes a good quality of the sound of the mic.

Mic is not great
Based on the few positive reviews listed, I bought this product to help overcome the delay between video and audio that you often find when trying to do karaoke over zoom. I was hoping that having the source of music and microphone feeding into a computer through one sound card would resolve this. The sound from the source of music came through very clearly however this is not the case for the microphone. You literally have to scream into the microphone for it to pick up the sound, even when there is no additional background music playing through the sound card. Even then the voice quality is quite faint and the in-built microphone in my computer is more powerful, which defeats the object of the external mic. I’m not sure if I just received a faulty microphone. The tripod is extremely flimsy and way too small for the size of the mic. It doesn’t hold the mic securely. The instructions just explain what comes in the box and extremely brief. They could be much better and there doesn’t appear to be an online page for further support or instructions on how to set it up. Overall I’m quite disappointed and wish that I had purchased one of the other sound cards I came across but wanted to give this one a chance based on the reviews.

Streaming to both his followers
My son is not a massive gamer, but when he does go online he wanted to be able to show off and act like he's streaming to lots of people, purely for the fun of it. It turns out, he has a couple of mates who sit there and stream his feed whilst he is playing being all supportive which i love, so we got him this deck that allows him to seem a little more like he knows what he is doing.The microphone has a nice clear sound to it even whilst streamed (we went on from a different PC to see) then you have all of the different shortcut buttons which i am told make it so much quicker and easier than created keyboard shortcuts or switching between apps.Overall, i am told that he is extremely pleased with it so obviously we got it right this time.

Very quiet and microphone was poor quality.
Returned this poor quality toy. Wanted a audio mixer for a PC/Laptop. This was useless so returned it. Replaced it with a simple analogue mixer and usb audio dongle. Sounds great no issues.

Excellent
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for my daughter who is very much into making her YouTube videos. She wanted a good quality microphone and sound mixing excipients.This kit is absolutely excellent and she loves it.You can add sound effects to your recordings with the touch of a button and play around with the sound. The recorded sound quality from this is excellent.It’s very easy to use and is plug and play with her Windows 10 laptop.It seems well made and will hopefully last a long time.
