We use these daily! They are 2 speakers and individually connect via blue tooth. For Android users you have to go to your media output and make sure they're both connected. Could be an annoyance for some. I'm already on my phone selecting music so it's just an added step. Occasionally, they will get out of sync and one will have a small delay which is so weird but I just disconnect and reconnect to get rid of it. Again, could be annoying but it rarely happens for how much we use them. We've had a lot of friends and family ask about them and we send them the link. I would recommend them to anyone.

Day 1, was an immediate no go for me, together speakers just weren’t loud at all, maxed volume couldn’t have a chance to my Roku tv volume level of 13 and that’s pretty soft. Separated, speakers connected, I’ll give em that. But it didn’t last any longer then SSJ 4 Gogeta’s fusion technique before doing 1 of the few (dying, disconnecting, or constant pausing and resuming of music)

The item is not a “dual speaker” it does not pair to the other speaker at all. And the “instructions” are laughable. No information on how to get it to pair if it does at all. Genuinely a waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY.

These speakers do not play sound together at the same time. There is no surround sound even when connecting auxiliary cord between them. Only one speaker plays at any given time with my phone which has dual bluetooth connection on my iphone 13 pro max. They work okay as individual computer speakers but not so well for anything else

I got the stereo to pair. Do each speaker individually, shut everything off, then turn on again, and it figures it all out.Clever setup with the 2 speakers locking into each other. Stereo imaging is good, so is the sound quality, not too heavy in any frequency. Real pleased.

I'm disappointed, was expensive and not worth the price.

UPDATE: The return policy displayed on Amazon was apparently incorrect, and Zlink promptly reached out and issued a refund for the product. Thanks guys. Great customer service. I hope you find better products to sell.After seeing all the ads on social media about the yummy looking Kove split Bluetooth speakers, I went looking for a lower priced alternative and found this one. It was a terrible mistake. This was one of three Bluetooth speakers in the same price range that I ordered to compare with my home sound system, and this was by far the worst sound quality. Muffled, zero bass, sounds like you are listening with your head stuffed under a pillow. The only thing that is not muffled is the ear-shattering loud sound effect when you power on, connect to a device, disconnect from a device, or power off. I came to Amazon to return the device, but the manufacturer does not allow returns unless item is damaged. That suggest to me that they know the product is trash and they don’t want it back. Consider the one star rating my acknowledgment to the design team that it’s a pretty looking piece of trash.
