Good protection, does what I need. Is a little on the fragile side but hasn't ripped on first covering

The netting is ultrafine but is fragile
I found this netting to be quite fragile & holes appeared easily if the net snagged or pulled on anything. The cut edge frays badly. The threads are not particularly durable & the weave opens with ease. I am using it as a fruit cage to try to prevent gooseberry flies entering. I think & hope it will be good enough unless the flies find a hole. I think this netting would be fine to protect vegetables but I have doubts about it being fit to be used as a fruit cage if there is a strong wind that will pull the net enough to make holes.

Used to make plant cages
Netting cuts easy. Used it to make 1.2metre high x 1.9 long cages to protect growing veg from bugs. Cut to size and then stapled to wooden frame. Worked a treat. We will see how good the longevity is over time.Seems to be good product. If it stands up to UV, then will last a few years

It's a good size
The mesh size is good and it's good value for the money.

I blame the dog.
Last year my brassicas attracted and were destroyed by every pest known to the British gardener. So I invested in this netting. It wasn't cheap, but I'm pleased to report that apart from one solitary slug this year's crop was pest free. Sadly, the dog took a fancy to the cauliflowers and while my back was turned chewed through the netting to eat them, so I have lost about eighteen square inches slap bang in the middle of it. Can't really blame the netting - although it proved less resilient than I would have wished. Gardening: it's one long learning curve.

Protect fruit trees from squirrels
Lovely big piece of fine mesh. It doesn’t snarl up in the plants and leaves like other more open mesh does. I used it to prevent the squirrels from eating all the figs on my fig tree. I had other squirrel prevention options in mind but was sadly prohibited from using those methods and convinced to try this instead. The mesh has worked so far and my figs are intact.

Strong mesh , can't tear just pulling on it!
I like that sunshine can get through it and keep cicadas off.

Best bug netting ever
This is the second time I purchased because I planted more this year than I had previously. It cuts well and keeps put the most bugs as long as you keep the corners secure.

Insect Barrier
I place it over my plants to protect them from insects because I do not use insecticide. However, I do remove the barrier on plants that need to be pollinated.

serves its purpose.
so far, no insects have invaded, i cut strips of this to use to block and fill in the opening of the drawstring netting that i use.

This is a great product.
This mesh was easy to use and is much stronger than expected. We live in Oklahoma and had a 100 MPR windstorm and the mesh didn't tear, and our corn was saved. This was enough mesh to cover 3ea 4x8, 1ea 2x8 and 2ea 2x6 beds. Make sur to get clips that won't tear.
