Very good sketchbook
I love this sketchbook! It’s affordable, the paper is honestly so nice to paint on, smooth and It holds water pretty well without buckling. I absolutely loved painting on this ! (My painting attached)Its great for travel too!Highly recommended!

Less absorbent
If you have used Brustro or Canson or Arches watercolor paper before, this might not be very likeable for you. I didn't really have a good experience with this paper, and probably not going to use it anymore after painting on the first page. The colour and water dosen't easily get absorbed into the paper. The light tints of watercolour looks grainy after application. You might find it okay if you do larger paintings, but definitely not good enough for smaller ones because of the patchy grain the colour leaves after drying.

Very neat and convenient for watercolour
Very happy with the journal... thick coarse texture paper. 48 sheets including both sides and insides of back and front covers. Not sure about heavy waterwork, but guessing it will buckle heavily with wet on wet painting. But for light quick watercolour paintings it is very useful. I even tried out colour pencils on this, and it came out well. All in all, if you want a handy journal of good quality for quick sketches and watercolour practice, just go for this.

First review - packaging
Book has 25 plain sheets. So 50 pages.Packaging and product is satisfactory. 245 GSM page is thick and stiff.Not within my budget. But was tempted to buy this.Yet to use the book. So cannot comment on how the paper will hold the paint.
