Great budget programming tool if you're not afraid to get your hands dirty with the OEM software.Just as a reminder, you'll want a power stabilizer of some kind. I use a PowerMax 45A maintainer, and so far has been sufficient for our needs. Some vehicles may require more current.

Able to use this as an OEM interface for multiple makes. As of now I've used it several times to write transmission characteristics on GM vehicles. Keeps the revenue in house and no need to sublet out for programming. I have not used tech support as I have learned to use the product by trail and error. I use to work for a dealer, and troubleshooting is similar, but knowing that it has support puts a piece of mind on continuing to use this brand product.

Great item, works great if you know how to use it. Needs to be hooked up to the PC. I had to buy software that’s 4,000$ to run code but 100% worth the money if you don’t want to go to the dealer.

I had a issue with the item the first time I went to use it. It wouldn't update, and would not communicate with vehicles. The first time I tried to use it was a year and one month after purchase. The factory warranty has already expired. I was upset, thinking I was screwed. I contacted the seller, and they immediately shipped me a new one, before I could even get broken one sent back to them. Their customer service team is amazing. They definitely made a bad situation better. I will never buy any Autel products from any other sellers. Thanks again for the great customer service.

I spent several days researching the most cost effective way to reprogram modules in newer vehicles short of having the dealership program. This tool works very well, it's easy to use if you're familiar with vehicle specific programs. There is a learning curve for some, but it's easy once you program your first vehicle. Very satisfied, have no complaints.

This is a great product that works with my Autel 906BT. I used it to connect to my 2021 Escalade. I was then able to read the OBD Codes and get the issues handled.

After attempting other J2534 devices and failed to get communication. I was able to subscribe to VIDA for the factory downloads. Achieved key programing of 2 Volvos and software reloads worked as intended. This is a good unit for the Volvo community, and I'm sure it will be of use for Ford as well as other vehicles. I would like to be able to use the blue tooth function with other devices besides autels scanners or have an autel app to utilize it as a over powered dongle for added utility but for what it's worth, It did the job it claimed to do unlike others. It requires the USB cable to be connected to a pc, quick software download, choose the right connection type in the factory software you will be using it every time the need is there. Must have for the tool box of anyone who needs to utilize a passthrough device without questioning if it is compatible.1-12-24 updateUntil I had problems with the 04. I was so happy. I loved it. It had all the necessary functions to do the job. I used it to program a 2018 Range Rover Evoque body control module. It worked as described fast and simple! Would recommend this product 👌
