Very happy! (For about a year and a half)
Edit - after less than 2 years my iPad now crashes and reboots when the battery gets down to 80%. Was a good fix for about 1 1/2 years but didn’t last as long as I had hoped.You definitely will want to do your homework before attempting this. (Watch a few YouTube Videos) My husband changed out my IPad battery after watching some videos and it works great! But it is tedious and not something you want to rush.

Very simple to use. I had no problems as a first time user to replace a battery in my IPad.

Milliamp hours functionality?
Although a form and fit replacement, I’m dissatisfied with functionality. The replacement battery performs poorly, it’s less capacity than the 6 year old original battery (~ 1 hr operational). Replacing the IPad battery has no value.

Quick replacement
The connector got damaged when Amazon shipped it with a cast iron fry pan. Got a replacement in 2 days. Replacement worked perfectly.

U need youtube videos, heating gun and tweezers
It took 1 1/2 hours. Couldn’t have done it without my husband, who is more technically skilled than me in this sort of thing. The heating gun works better than hairdryer. Be patient and don’t lift up screen too soon. It works, but it’s a job! With inflation, it was still worth it though.Edit…4 months later…battery is losing its charge faster every day. It’s a short term fix.

Cost effective repair of my old iPad Pro
My iPad Pro battery was dead - apple said they would not take back as it’s obsolete! These batteries gave the iPad a new life! Thanks! Just look up YouTube to replace your batteries - it’s easy

Worst choice possible
For starters, the kit does not include the seal to put back the screen in place, it had to be purchases separately. Even after following the instructions for initial charging, the battery does not hold charge. It loses charge super fast, less than five minutes and you are under 30%. Charging is inconsiatent, sometime it gets to 61% and the ipad restarts by itself. Other times goes above 75% and chrashes again. Total deception. Overheats when using it.
