Works perfect and inexpensive
Replaced a $100 wax warmer with this one and I actually like this one better. Easy to use and to clean. Heats up quickly and easy to adjust the temperature. Holds almost 3 cans of wax.

DO NOT ORDER THIS POT they do not stand behind defective equipment
I WILL NOT RECOMMED THIS PRODUCT. Horrible customer service. I am a professional licensed master esthetician. I bought one of these warmer pots for my sugar tub so I didn't have to use a microwave to heat up my sugar. I accidentally ordered 2 but it was ok because the first one worked fine. When I got this one, I did the same thing as the first one and put at a low temp to start with. When I went to check on it, the sugar tub was melted and sugar was draining out the bottom of this unit. It smelt like BURNT sugar. Mind you this was between on and medium. This machine was obviously not calibrated correctly. Not only was it a $40 tub of sugar I was out, it was also this $40 unit. When I called to get a refund, I would have had to send it back myself? Wait what? for your product being defective? Finally, after Amazon telling me that I should have followed the directions on the box, I spoke to a supervisor and got a refund.

Doesn't stay on
Buyer beware!Warmer is broken, does not stay on. Seller won't process return. Had to have Amazon step in. Do not buy this says eligible for return but its not. Just a hassle and not worth it. Was hoping to use as sugar warmer. Just cheap and not worth the trouble.

HEATS LIKE A GOD
I NEVER write reviews but HAD to for this!! This pot heated a pound of wax in the blink of an eye!! Wonderful size and virtually no waiting time for your wax to get warm!!! Must buy!!!

Effective and inexpensive
Great buy for the price. It's heats up evenly and pretty quickly as well. The only drawback for me is that its very deep and narrow so getting the wax from the bottom is pretty difficult.

Working great!
I do like my new sugar warmer and it seems to be working fine, however, the electrical cord could be several inches longer; I’ll have to purchase an extension cord.
