Vermont Castings 1307434A Bottom Grate Defiant EncorePurchased this excellent shape bottom grate for my woodstove as an excellent return, and the savings were real! Just dropped the grate right into the bottom of my Vermont Castings and just so pleased to have a fresh and functional grate, the original burnt up after 20+years of upstate NY winters! All is good again and enjoying the wonderful heat my VC stove makes with it's new grate, and without hesitation would seek other parts when the time comes from this vendor. Wonderful replacement part at a very happy price!

Replacement Bottom Grate
The cast iron grate on our Vermont Casting Wood Stove broke after years of use so we ordered a replacement one. The new one arrived broken in the box. Not a problem, we shipped it back and reordered another one which arrived in one piece. It's now installed and we will be good for another 15 to 20 years!!

According to sellers measurements it would have fit , the one I received does not meet those measurements.Bad advertising or bad packaging . ?
