I take 2-4 of these at a time because it is very, very difficult for me to fall asleep. I started buying the 50 mg now so I don't have to take so many at a time, but these are good as well. Get the job done and cheaper than brand name.

The protective seal on the bottle is broken and the pills smell horrible. This is nonreturnable even if defective so don’t waste your money ordering these. Very disappointed!
