Works as expected... great product and price!
Easy to use and helped me find an external leak through the internal drywall.... I was very impressed with how easy it was to use. It made very minimal marks on the wall, and so repair was too easy. Overall, it was quite affordable and by using it, I was able to isolate the moisture that was penetrating stucco at various points vs. ripping it all out.TIP - to compare walls, I would use this first on an interior wall and benchmark what the substance itself holds naturally... ie drywall. From there, run a few times on the external walls and you can see where there are problems pretty quickly. Your external walls should average depending on which direction they face. If you have a large jump on one facing, then you likely have found your potential issue, such as vapor lock.

Inexpensive, accurate and easy to use!
This meter was surprisingly accurate! It was easy to start up, and to use. I knew of suspect spots around our house already, and this device confirmed what I already knew. That gave me the confidence to do a more detailed test in more spots throughout our house (on the drywall), and then in our crawl space (on the pressboard between the studs). I would definitely recommend this product.

Don't waste your money
This moisture meter is useless. Inconsistent readings - sometimes non existent. Don't waste your money on this. Spend a bit more and get one that will give more detail and less variance in measurement.

Actually works!
Used this immediately and where I thought the moisture/rain was (w/in sheetrock) it confirmed it! I used it in every room, around the windows, doors, etc. The readings registered and were aligned w/what I had anticipated EXCEPT for the some were really high (meaning a lot of moisture).
