If read without bias, the book does offer a tiny bit of insight into mj's world. I could have done without too much of self portrayal and justification on Murray's part.

What a read on man I always believed that Michael never had vitiligo makes sense to me that because of his childhood abuse he wanted to escape who he was and how he looked.Michael had a horrible life.he truly found peace when he passed.

This is my third book related to Michael Jackson’s death and I must say that this is the book hat impressed me the most. Dr.Conrad suffered tremendously because of his selfishness when he started to work for Michael Jackson. Michael held some very important information/secrets from him. Who knows what the doctor would have done if he would have known?One day,hopefully the truth will come out and Dr. Conrad will be able to prove without any doubts that what he wrote in his book is the absolute truth.I couldn’t help but feeling sorry for what happened to Dr. Conrad. Nobody deserves this. What Michael Jackson did to himself was wrong from the start and involving other innocent people in his wrong doing without being completely honest with them was even worse.I salute Dr. Conrad for being such a strong man and finally survive such “hell”. Although I wish he could forget all this terrible ordeal I know he can’t. If I could talk to him I would tell him this: “If what you wrote in your book is true, sleep well and stop thinking about this terrible injustice. As you mentioned in your book, God one day will deal with these awful people who lied and tried to destroy you for MONEY, POLITICS and what else? Be at peace with yourself Dr.Conrad. Leave it all to God. He will take care of you and THEM. Nothing happens for no reason and in all this suffering you had to endure, remember that some good came out of it. You realized how dirty some people can be but how faithful and onset some others are. You helped some inmates as well and I am sure that your story will touch many and shine some light on a case that had the world think of you as one terrible human being”.God bless you Dr.Conrad and I wish you peace and happiness for the rest of your life!

Es dificil saber que partes del libro son verdad,cuales fantasia de Murray...Pero si has hecho otras lecturas sobre Michael Jackson posiblemente puedas identificar cuales son probablemente ciertas. Yo lo que he sacado en claro y no con este libro es que era una persona muy compleja,con multiples personalidades las cuales mostraba a determinadas personas segun le interesaba.Era muy inteligente y calculador.No llegas a ser la mayor estrella de todos los tiempos sin inteligencia.Tambien creo que tenia muchos conflictos,vivia aanclado en el pasado y quizas la division entre la fantasia y la realidad cada vez se hizo mas pequeña al punto de que quizas se creia la escenografia que creaba para otras personas.Quien era el verdadero Michael Jackson? Nunca lo sabremos y el motivo es que no lo sabia ni el.Convivian dentro de el muchos hombres distintos.Y este libro me ha servido para llegar a esa conclusion,Porque el mismo Conrad Muray esta convencido de saber toda la verdad de Michael Jackson y sus secretos mas oscuros cuando realmente fue otra amistad de tantas que tuvo a lo largo de los años al cual le hizo creer que era el mejor amigo que habia tenido nunca,al cual le hizo creer que era vulnerable y representó para el al Michael Jackson que queria que este doctor viese. Que nadie piense que v a a conocer la verdad de Michael Jackson leyendo un libro,ni este ni otro.Hay que leer varios para conocer las distintas facetas de su personalidad.entrevistas a amigos y famlia.No es solo el niño que nunca crecio y el genio musical.eso es solo lo que el queria proyectar. El libro se hace pesado cuando solo habla de el mismo y suena egocentrico.me quede dormido leyendolo. La unica finalidad del libro es demostrar que no le asesinó.Pienso que tiene derecho a contar su version de la historia y el estilo de vida que llevaba Jackson entrando y saliendo del quirofano cada 2 dias y consumiendo drogas de prescripcion de cualquier manera no habria llegado muy lejos como el resto de sus colegas de los 80.Los excesos se paan Y Michael tenia una salud fisica y mental comprometida,tras años de estress presion viajes criticas intervenciones quirurjicas anorexia..El mito se hizo demasiado grande para cargar con el sobre las espaldas.He intentado construirme una idea objetiva sobre Michael Jackson,no leo libros solo de amigos y fans tambien de sus detractores y supongo que la verdad e Michael Jackson está ahi en alun lugar del termino medio y aunque si tuve el debate interno etico de no enriquecer a este señor decidi darle el beneficio de la duda igual que se lo di a michael Jackson cuando le acusaron de abusos.La ironia es que Michael Jackson al final de su vida tenia miedo de que cierto sector de la America blanca estuviera conspirando para matarle y por eso depositó su confianza en Conrad que es negro.Ironias del destino.El dilema racial estuvo presente en su vida hasta su ultimo dia.empezando por los programas de televisoin donde no podia actuar el grupo de chicos con Afro,su cambio fisico,la cancion black or white,el cuestionado matrimonio interracial con la hijade elvis,sus hijos blancos y finalmente cuando contrataba asu chef de raza negra por miedo a que le envenenasen fue su doctor quien le llevó a l amuerte. Ironias del destino.No ha habido un artista mas grande y enigmatico ni lo habra.Descanse en paz.

A book written by the last person to have spend time with the legend of pop ! That's the reason why I bought this book on my Kindle.Weather you hate Dr MURRAY or not, it's really interesting to read !It’s full of stories about Jacko the Wacko and it gives us the real view on the reality of that fools life. How he was hiding and holding tight to childish behavior, how a man with a sum of wealth equal to a billionaire managed so poorly his money until he was forced to dance like a monkey to pay off his bills and couldn’t have time to spend with his children ! How he was never able to hold on to valuable people who genuinely wanted his good and how he let some really nasty people to get hold of his fortune. The cruelty of AEG folks, how MJ’s family are blood-thirsty evil scum including MJ’s mother.The hormone control to shrink MJ’s balls was probably true as MJ never had the balls to deal with his enemies : his family, so called personal assistants, AEG staff, his father.This book depicts the truth about Michael’s life as it has never been told to us. People hate Dr. Conrad Murray because they think Jacko the Wacko died because of him but the true culprit is Elizabeth Taylor ! want to know more, buy the book, it’s totally worth it !The story of Dr. Conrad Murray is also amazing ! how a boy with almost no chance to have a decent life ended up being one of the best doctors out there and with great humanity and care for his patients ! truly amazing !

Anfangs war ich skeptisch, aber auch neugierig, was Conrad Murray wohl zu sagen hat. Man sollte sich nicht von den anderen schlechten Rezensionen beeinflussen lassen, die haben das Buch garantiert nicht gelesen, sondern sind einfach voreingenommen. Conrad Murray schildert aus seiner Sicht seine Zeit und die Umstände, die er mit Michael Jackson verbracht hat. Es ist sehr interessant, was er in dem Buch schildert, und trägt zum besseren Verständnis der ganzen Angelegenheit bei. Jeder Michael Jackson Fan sollte dieses Buch lesen, nur dann kann man sich ein Bild von dem ganzen Ausmaß der Tragödie um Michael Jacksons Tod machen. Und man wird seine Meinung über Dr. Conrad Murray ändern, ganz sicher. Man sollte auch nicht auf die Meinung der Presse über "Details" dieses Buches hören, da werden nur die Tatsachen reißerisch verdreht. In keinster Weise macht Conrad Murray Michal Jackson in diesem Buch schlecht. Meine Empfehlung: dieses Buch mit einer neutralen Einstellung lesen und sich eine eigene Meinung bilden, nichts darauf geben was die anderen sagen. Auf jeden Fall ein meiner Meinung nach authentisch geschriebenes Buch. Conrad Murray war einfach zur falschen Zeit am falschen Ort. Und: "It was all for money".
