Good quality multivitamin
This multivitamin was on sale when I purchased. I enjoy the organic ingredients in these and the vegetarian capsule everything is in. Pretty much tasteless, which is nice. I like that the b12 vitamins do not turn my urine an odd color like other vitamins I've taken. This does not make me feel jittery either. Would buy again.

The main product listing is wrong ...
....one bottle is 60 capsules it shows as 30 capsules; it is 30 servings of 2 capsules. So I've been using the Kirkland brand of daily multi for a number of years, so of course for me that was the standard of comparison for these. These are said to be targeted for men so I thought okay I'll try them. I compared the labels and many of the ingredients and dosages between the two brands of supplements are the same or very close to the same. The most notable difference that this has is that it brags having 20 organic fruits and vegetables.I drink a green food supplement in the morning and I also use beetroot supplements sometimes as lozenges and sometimes in smoothies or other drinks.I'm not sure that I'm going to be able to tell any difference between these using those supplements and the Kirkland brand. So if after 30 days I notice any great change in how I feel, I'll be sure to update this review. These are in a clear gelatin type capsule, the dosage is 2 per day. There is a slight amount of taste and smell bleed through when you swallow these; they are easy to swallow.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.(I rarely give an overall five-star review.)

Excellent coverage of Major Vitamins and Minerals
This Fortitude Complete Multivitamin Support for Men is one of the better multivitamin and mineral supplements I have seen in quite some time. It provides a minimum of 100% of the recommended daily value for almost all the vitamins and minerals listed on the label, and also includes both a nice Organic Fruit Blend and a Vegetable Blend with lots of healthy antioxidants and other nutritional benefits. While there is a heavier emphasis on the B vitamins--833% of the recommended daily value for Vitamin B12, for example--it does not resort to the massive megadosing that I have seen in many men's multivitamins these days that sometimes provide thousands of times the recommended daily value, to the point where I get concerned about the safety of taking them. With these Fortitude multivitamins, they provide enough extra B vitamins to give a good energy boost without ridiculously overdoing it. The recommended serving size of these multivitamins is two capsules, so these 60 capsules provide a 30 day supply. For $14.99 for the excellent coverage provided by these Fortitude multivitamins, I consider this a very good value.

Good deal
What's there not to like? The current price at the time of this review is about 15 bucks for a 30 serving bottle. That's 50 cents per day. It's got a good amount of the nutrients we need, with some bonus fruit and vegetable antioxidents. What's also great is that there's no iron. For those of us men under 50, we need to be careful about our iron intake as it is easy to overdo it. This is the kind of supplement you would look for. It even smells "natural" (somewhat earthy).

Great for daily use
I take a daily multivitamin every day, and this was a good option to have. I leave this in my desk drawer at work, in case I forget to take my pill at home, so I can then take this at lunch while at work. Easy to swallow and gives me good benefits when I take it.
