Great carry-on
Typical Tumi quality that carry on is just small enough to qualify as a personal item (and thus free) for most airlines yet has a lot of useful inside space for electronics as well as personal clothing and travel necessities.

A lot of Money for A Little Space
I purchased this product as I have been happy with my previous Tumi purchases. I’ve been looking for a mobile brief case and settled on this one. Unfortunately, due to the amount of padding and the extension handle in the back, there is very little space to carry anything. If you take very few things with you, this will work. You can fit very few things in the file section. Other areas are so tight, space is very limited as well. I can’t justify spending all this money when it really doesn’t do the job it’s supposed to. Also, if it would have disclosed PRIOR to purchase that you have to wait 7 to 10 days for your $750 refund if you return it would have never purchased it. Be very certain of your purchase unless you don’t mind waiting Waiting for your money

QC not expected, no after service
The handle lock is not smooth, needs try quite a few times to fold up, materials also not as expected as high quality. The return is a mess it requires me to pay for returns even it is a defective! Very bad customer experience.
