I can’t lie from a LED junkie here..I was the dealing with the dreaded condensation in the fog lights due to it being a halogen style fog lights with glass lensesI tried everything to make the LED light work from siliconing the LED o ring to blocking out the breather vents but i always got condensation with LED lights ( LED lights do not produce enough heat to dry out any moisture the light will build up)After giving up i came upon these halogen lights with a bright white output and thought there no way these could output bright white light to match my headlights and BOOOMMM WOWWWThe end of my stuggles you can use these for your fog lightsEven got a brand new set of fog lights to make it a crisp lookPictures says it allWill do a follow up review

I recently upgraded my car's lighting system with the Philips Diamond Vision H11 Halogen HID Super White bulbs, and the transformation has been nothing short of spectacular. Closer to a 5900k color.Plug in play, same size and fit as original bulbsUnlike other brands, the color has not shown any sign of burning off or fadingIf you have LED daytime running lights, these will match them well. Be aware these will be a bit less bright as your OEM lights but still functional. If you do have to go with a halogen, these are for you as they do not burn off color over time.

I used these H11 bulbs in my fog lights for my Scion FR-S. They were a great match to both LED and HID bulb color, while maintaining proper beam pattern for visibility.I wanted to color-match all of the front lights on my car and maintain proper beam pattern for visibility. The OEM LED strip on my headlights runs close to 5500K, wherein lies the problem: most LED bulbs are 6000K or higher, which is too blue for what I wanted. On the other hand, it's hard to find halogen lights that are whiter than 4000K. The Philips Diamond Vision, once warmed up, shines a clean white and close to the advertised 5000K. It only shows a hint of yellow when photographed, so real world color is probably between 4700K-4900K. I was very pleased with the color match with the embedded LED strip and my HID bulb (OSRAM Xenarc Cool Blue Intense). See image for comparison.!!!! Additionally, use caution if you have a light film applied to your housing. The lights were properly rated for my fog light housings. However, they seem to put out a lot of energy in other spectrums (either UV or IR), which caused my Lamin-X film to smoke/char. !!!

I bought these for my Land Rover LR4 and they are amazingly bright white. They match the HID headlights and give better sight on the dark winding roads at night with the brighter, whiter light. The difference between the original halogen lamps and these lamps is just unbelievable. There is another lamp available in between these and the OEM bulbs, the Phillips Crystal Vision, but these are much whiter at 5000K. I would not spend the money on HID conversions for fog lights and high beams when these are available, at least for my purposes. Of course, they are not as bright as HID headlights, but they are not as expensive. As easy as changing a bulb too. Beware of touching the bulb with your hands or contaminating the bulb with dirt or oil, as that will shorten the life of the bulb or cause it to burn out almost immediately, depending on the amount of contamination. I always wipe the bulbs with rubbing alcohol before installing them to assure they are super clean, and assure a good life span of the bulb. I think any buyer will be very pleased.
