Q: Where can you go to fill it up with helium?

You can buy a helium tank to air up your self at home or you can do what we did and find a store nearby that can air them up for you. We were able to go to the neighborhood grocery store (SaveMart) for a small price.

Q: Can you inflate them yourself by blowing air into them and just hanging them on the wall?

You need some type of device to blow them up. It comes with patches to hang on the wall.

Q: Can these be used outdoors like at a park?

Yes. I used part of them outside and it came a big rainstorm with wind and they survived. But be careful, you can puncture them with long fingernails, LOL.

Q: How do you deflate the banner balloons?

Each letter is separate in the banner and you inflate just like you would a Mylar balloon. The only way to deflate is to pop or puncture at the site to inflate.
