What I was most interested in was the softness of the tip. What I received was a hard medium tip at best. I live in S America and mistakes are not easy to send back so I am stuck with them. I am not satisfied.

Good to see a product still made in USA
I’m hoping after 20 years this product is the same as it was then. Original and untouched . It was a great product back then I hope it’s still the same
