Bought another Elsa doll for our granddaughter and she loved it!!!she knows all the phrases. Easy to use/change characters.

The granddaughters love it. Says lots and very cute! They love elsa so this was perfect at great price.

We ordered two of these and BOTH did not work. We ended up losing money on batteries as well. Don’t waste your time and money on this- you will only disappoint the child you are giving it to.

My niece loves Frozen and this was a great surprise for her.

Bought as a gift for my granddaughters birthday. She was very excited until we realized it wasn’t working! How embarrassing. Hopefully after having to buy new batteries (additional expense) it will work or I will try to return it.

Very cheaply made. no recording no light even with new batteries. Had 2 replacements and neither worked. Disappointed child makes unsatisfied parents

My 5-year-old loves this doll. I made her into an Elsa cake for her birthday and it worked beautifully! She is easy for my child to use. She says a variety of phrases. Her voice is clear. She cannot stand on her own due to her being heavier on the side with the attachment but my child does not care. The attachment cannot be removed from her hand. Her cape cannot be removed because the of attachment but her dress is a separate piece that comes off. When we received ours she only worked for one day before she needed new batteries, which was a disappointment but they were easy to replace. I am overall happy with the doll!

Very disappointing. Birthday present arrived for my daughter. The sound only works maybe 1 out of 5 times and it is a scratchy voice. Sending it back.
