While the product came in a timely manner, the box was crushed and the seal was not secure. Other than the crushed seal and a strangly dark chestnut brown color cream, it didn't look tampered with so I used it. It stained my face and the two fingers I used to apply with. Three scrubbing days later, I am still waiting for the stain to fully disappear. I contacted the seller who promply sent me a postal label to return it, but they did not address the discoloration issue at all. I would really like to know what I put on my face. One star for shipping only.

I have returned the product asking to be replaced with a good one but I've received exactly the same product with the box open.I need this product but I want it NEW not a returned one.
