we actually bought this at walmart in 2015 bc my cat has constant hair balls. We had to start buying it in bulk because my cat LOVES the flavor! She will sit in my mom’s bathroom and BEG for some it’s so comical. She is definitely a big fan!

Been using this for years to try to prevent hairball issues in longer-haired cats. Hard to say how effective it really is, but once cats get used to it, they even consider it a treat and it probably does no harm. My current cat would not eat it at the very beginning, but we rubbed a bit on his nose so that he would have to lick it off and his attitude quickly changed. Now we feed it daily with his treats and he does a good job of licking it all up. Shopping on Amazon, you can find a price at least as good as your local retail.

I give my cat Nudnik this every night and most nights I just get in bed and she is at me wanting her treat as she looks at the hair ball remedy. She usually takes it right out of the tube or I put on my finger and she licks it off. She hardly never has a hair ball problem so I would recommend this to anyone that has a cat.

My cat is addicted to this stuff, but the manufacturing QC has declined over the years. Some tubes have a viscous liquid-like consistency, while others are more like an ointment. And the flavor ingredient consistency varies from highly malty to very slightly salmon-y (it's supposed to be salmon-flavored). And occasionally, the mineral oil ingredient has completely separated.

Been using this on our cats for well-over seven years! Works great on them & helps prevent painful bowel problems from hairballs, constipation, & eating the occasional dust-bunnies! 😶😶 We gave this to our cats (especially our 22-lb MaineCoon) at least three (3) times a week and it ALWAYS helped them all eliminate waste, occasional dust-bunnies, & hairballs just fine.Now we're down to only ONE (still very happy) cat--and have continued the same dosage consistently with no problems whatsoever. So we highly recommend Hartz Hairball Remedy Plus as a good general digestive-hairball maintenance for all kitties.

This is the best of the hairball medications that I’ve found on the market. It really does help prevent hair balls if given regularly. I can’t say that my cat loves the taste, but he has learned to swallow it when I give him a dose.

My cat loves this product so much that every time I feed her, she wants some. I tell her once a day but she won’t listen. Meow!

My Cat loves this one. I can have one tube in each house and rooms. Only problem is each of the tubes contains what it says on the front but much more could be inside. Hard to squeeze cuz of too much empty air. Let' pay more but fill it up to 5 ounces etc.
