I gave it to my daughter as a gift. She says she loves it. It was exactly what she wanted & can't wait to use it.

I take great pride in purchasing quality items, however I find that in Amazon, you don't always have that luxury since you can't touch and see the item right in front of you and rely on other reviewers which is why I try to write reviews for all of my purchases.I bought this item as a gift, so I will not know how it functions until after I ask the person using it. I'll edit the review if / when I get to that.The cardboard box that the item comes in is solid. It is packaged nicely and great for gifting.Unfortunately the item is made in China which is something I look very much into as every country has different manufacturing / safety standards. (Unfortunately Amazon does not force sellers to disclose this information and when sellers do disclose it, I have found that they often do not tell the truth especially if the product is made in China.)Each of the 20 tips are securely fitted into their respective slots. It's good because the items will not jiggle or fall out when in the box. It's bad because when you do want to use them, you have to wiggle the tip out of the slot.They give you a small circle steel dish and what looks like a nail. From the Amazon pictures, I see the nail is standing upright on the steel plate. This one is not and I don't see how those two would connect together unless the nail is meant to just balance on top of the circular steel dish, which it can do. Maybe bakers out there will know better than me if that's how the item is to be used or not.I like the little brush they give. I can see that being useful for cleaning the tips.I didn't open the container for the supposed silicone pastry bags but when I see it after it's been gifted, I'll edit this.Overall, it looks like it will do the job it is meant to do. Again, I'll know more when I ask the person I am gifting it to.I've added a picture of the opened box with my fingers showing so that you can get an idea of the size of the items. Hope that helps.

Simple and easy to use. Love the box that holds the tips in place so I don't have to search for them each time. Also has a colored cheat sheet with photos of the tips and what they will produce. Nice icing bags and a permanent vinyl bag. Flower pedestal is study and pipe cleaner is perfect for cleaning tips. Worth every penny!

If you are an experienced piper, this product would be fine for you. But me, having no experience and only recently becoming interested in more complex baking, had never used a piping bag before, and the complete lack on instructions or tips on how to use one is extremely annoying. It's not obvious how to use the attachments or the stand, and I had expected that the PDF you have access to after purchase would have some of that info, but it's basically only a key for the different nozzles. Not sure why they couldn't include some simple diagrams on the proper way to attach the nozzles and fill the bags. I still don't know what the pink rubber things are for.

Easy to use

I have not used these tips yet but I will be taking a decorating class next month and I am anxious to use these tips as the demo I saw of them made some pretty cupcakes and cakes and it looked relatively easy.After receiving the tips I received the nicest letter from Daniel at Chefast. He thanked me for making the purchase, told me I could send them back if I was not satisfied and I received a cake decorating pdf file with all kinds of helpful advice on using the tips. I showed that note to several people as I could not believe my eyes! Then I just received a second note checking it to make sure I was satisfied and was there anything he could do to assist me. Such positive customer satisfaction is almost unheard of these days.
