I thought this ceiling track was going to be great!!! :-} I was so excited!!! They have all the parts nice and neat, all in their own little separate bags and yet you really have no idea what is what or where what goes? The neatly packaged hardware parts are not labeled! So, Regardless, if you are hanging on a wall, in a door way { like my intentions were} or even on a ceiling.When it comes time to put this pretty gold track bar up, well,........ that is another story.... :-(There AREN'T ANY instructions, whatsoever for installation of any kind! :-0Which is a crucial and vital when it comes to things like this because It is NOT as simple as hanging up regular window blinds. or just a curtain rod, I assure you!I expected a little bit more instructional help considering .....I have to do and figure everything out for myself. The crazy part is... my intentions were NOT to HANG IT ON A WALL OR ON A CEILING but to the inside the top center area of the wood casing of an actual door way.{ Sorry, but for this price for a track, it should have a hard copies for all possible installation instructions included }My bedroom is really big! In fact I have 2 rooms in one. There is a doorway area to separate the two rooms, just no doors { The house was like this when I purchased it } I just wanted to have some kind of divider curtains up so that I would not have to order doors, have them delivered because, my car isn't big enough to haul them in. So, I CONTACTED THE SELLER and to my surprise and shock see below to read it all for yourself. The attachment photo "instructions" really doesn't tell me much of anything either. Especially for the kind of installation in which I was going for.I doubt the attachment link for the photo will let you click on due to the whole copy and paste thing? So, I will put the actual photo up, for you to see as well.So, Please think before you buy. I am only trying to help. If you are good at this sort of thing and you love a challenge this could be your thing.. If you are like me and things need to be straight to the point and be able to see and figure it all out when there are no instructions... This is definitely not something you want to go with. I love the way these look, although I haven’t hung them yet. I will updated pics and give more info on the installation process later once these are hung with the draperies on them. I am having problems finding additional track rollers. The ones recommended in the Q and A section aren’t the right length to match what came with the rails. It would be helpful if the seller would provide additional rollers in the package and just up the price of the rail a little bit. I can’t switch everything out to the 3/4” rollers because then the draperies hit the rail rather than slide along underneath it. The shorter recommended rollers will not work. If I can’t find proper rollers these will have to go back.

If you have extra 2 hours to try to figure out how to mount this, then please purchase. Absolutely no instructions at all. If you’re patient, you’ll figure it out eventually. Turned out very pretty in the end.

It was a challenge to install on a wall in our RV mainly because it lacked directions. We got several bags of fasteners, hooks, a metal bar, more fasteners but no directions. I emailed to request wall instructions but got ceiling instructions instead. After a second email, I got very basic instructions. After we finally installed it, It works fine and looks great but not having directions caused our simple weekend project to turn into a 2 weekend project because we could only work on it on weekends.

So the first one that I ordered was slightly bent. I was sent a replacement promptly. There are no directions, but I looked at the directions someone posted and it was simple.I couldn’t be happier with this!! We had our bathroom remodeled and I really didn’t want a shower rod. I’d seen plenty of these hanger systems in silver and white but this is the only one I’ve been able to find in gold. It is very subdued but still matches my other fixtures and the price is ridiculously low!! It did take my husband and I a number of tries to get all three hooks in but once we were able to get it, it felt very sturdy! I love the simple elegance of this system!!

The track itself is extruded aluminum and very sturdy, I was surprised by this for the price. It does not include instructions which is odd but if you look at the pictures online it is very evident which parts are which and is not hard to figure out. My only complaint would be the 5 foot track only includes three mounting brackets, it seems like there should be at least one more or make a bracket that can be used/converted for the wall or ceiling.

Knew this was too long for my application when I purchased it. But decided to take the chance that I’d be able to cut it.Used a U-shaped frame handle with a thin blade for cutting metal and it worked nicely.Kit contains ends you slide on the end so it covers any tiny burs created.
