Vollrath(4010) 10" Wear-Ever®® Natural Finish AluminumFry Pan w/ Cool Handle

I was looking for a restaurant quality basic pan that gets the job done. After much research I chose a couple of these Vollrath 10" pans. They have a nice flat bottom so they will work great with either electric or gas ranges. They are well made. The handle is very solidly attached with rivets, no play at all. The pans go from stove top to the oven with ease. The silicone handle is on spot allowing you to grab it at any time without burning you.Overall I would purchase these again anytime. I ended up spending a LOT less than I was planning. Recommended!

Bought this pan because a former roommate had it and I really missed it after he moved out.I've used it for just about everything (unless I'm finishing something in the oven - bit annoying to have to remove the rubber handle).It's been durable, solid, and easy to clean. I'll be buying addition Vollrath pans shortly to supplement/replace my odd collection of cheap, chipped, and dent pans that I've amassed over the years.

Quality pan for sure. It is a little handle heavy with the handle cover on it. The weight of the handle cover makes it not sit flat on my electric coil stove top burners. That’s my only complaint though. If you are cooking on a gas burner that should not be a huge issue. Also, it sits perfectly flat without the handle cover.

I followed the company youtube video to season it with 11 coats of flaxseed oil and ruined it. Bought another and seasoned it by rubbing it with salt then filling with vegetable oil and leaving on medium low heat for an hour and it was perfect
