Rose's Lime Fine Cut Marmalade 1 x 454g

The flavor is what I hoped for, and the price was right.

It is great to have a different flavor, besides orange. I enjoy Rose's marmalade s, the Lime is especially nice as a change from orange varieties, unlike US made it is not over powered with slices of the peel.

I love Rose's lime marmalade. Not too sweet or sour, with fine-cut shreds of peel. Perfect instead of jam on breakfast toast.

I bought this jar as an ingredient in a gin gimlet I'd come across. While the effect on the gin gimlet was questionable, its fantastic on toast or muffin. Of course, I do have a serious lime addiction.

Not only is this great on toast, english muffins, etc. BUT, amazing when used with Christmas cookies!

This is a bit tastier than their lemon/lime marmalade, but still lacks sufficient tartness that one would expect. Maybe it's the fine cut, maybe too much sugar, maybe, maybe, maybe, but regardless, I was disappointed. I was hoping for something with a bit of a sour kick; all I got was something that tastes like any jelly. Perhaps a more rough cut on the citrus? I'll try it again when they say they've fixed it.

This is a wonderful product as my mother-in-law is visiting from New Zealand and loves having it on her morning toast. Unfortunately in this shipment, the jar broke in transit and I am unable to get a refund or return on the product.
