Nutricost C8 MCT Oil 16oz - Keto, Paleo, Non-GMO

We have been using MCT in our morning coffee for 3+ years. THIS brand seems to add the same amount of energy and punch to our coffee. I did not see a decline in either when switching to this. Small bottle for the price, that would be the only caveat. We normally get the NOW brands 2 pack and are used to the price on that because we go through about a 32 oz bottle a month. Overall ... no regrets, good brand of MCT.

I like a few nutricost products (their organic turmeric powder is great), but, i can’t say i like this here mct 8 oil much. Yes, it is clean tasting, clear and actually a decent price but, i will have to stick to paying more for a much better quality MCT C8 that actually works much better at raising and keeping my ketone levels in the ranges i need them to be for therapeutic reasons.this mct oil barely raised my semi-fasting (i still drink one coffee with mct 8 oil during fasting) ketone level by .03, my regular brand raises them by 1.0 on average.. I also did not like how it didn’t stir into my coffee well, as you can see in my pic, the oil floated on top and looked gelled like. in other pic, you can see the brand i normally use stirred into my coffee well and 95% of it didn’t float back on top.. doing a little research on who makes this mct oil for nutricost, i feel like this is not a pure mct c8 oil like bulletproof at all. the company makes a high c8 with c10 oil, this is what i feel like this nutricost behaves as…sure i could be wrong but, in the end i’ll just stick to what clearly works on my brain and at keeping my ketone levels in a good range and that is not this mct 8 oil..

I really like this MCT oil. I love to put it in my coffee as part of bulletproof coffee. I also like to use this to make dressings and sauces.

Derived from coconut oil, they replenish things like electrolytes, etc. This MCT oil is completely tasteless and we simply add a little to our cup of coffee in the morning. Easy!
