Betas love it
So I've been using this for about a month now changing half the water once a week and all at the end of the month. I have no complaints it works good my betas are happy and healthy. It came in sealed with no leaks, and its a good size for the money seeing you don't have to use much.

Works well
I use this on each water changeover and it's been working well for my Beta, I am able to keep them alive for multiple years and I believe this helps.

Works !!
The media could not be loaded. Worth the money for its size, and will last for a good amount of time if you have a small enough tank. My betta loved it and immediately improved the ph level.

A must have for your Betta tank
My mother purchased a betta for my son they didn’t mention to her at the store that she’d need to condition the water prior to placing the fish in the tank.I ordered this the same day she bought the fish over and received the package that same night. I was impressed & relieved as I hate leaving themIn those small cups they come in. I did cheat, I had the tank up & running for 12 hours and after I dropped the appropriate amount of drops in I only waited about an hour before putting the fish in. I felt bad. I believe they recommend you wait 24 to 48 hrs but like who has time for that when doing a water change? Anyway, the fish is thriving!

It Conditions
I use purified water to clean my betta's tanks (I highly recommend this as it removes any harmful chemicals, iron, mercury, feces etc. that you find in tap water) and it has kept my bettas very healthy. As long as you keep up with the cleanings or water transfers your betta should remain healthy. That being said, I always pour in a bit of BettaSafe water conditioner or some other water conditioner as well as a PH balancing tablet to keep the water just right. I can't say whether or not this conditioner is doing a great job or not because of all of the other things I do with the water, but my Betta seems to calm down when it is put in due to the extra electrolytes. The overall effect of the BettaSafe water conditioner is this, it doesn't hurt my Betta, which is good. Have I seen any huge improvement? No, but it's hard to measure such a thing. If you don't have a conditioner then you need to pick one up. A betta will not live very long in normal tap water without some sort of PH balance or water conditioner. Be a responsible pet owner, Betta's are not ornaments or decorations, they are your friends and they all have individual personalities so take care of them as you would a cat or a dog.

Easy to use
I got a 1 gallon tetra beta tank. And I put 4 drops of this in the water 24hours prior to bringing my beta home. This removes chlorine and other bad things in tap water that may make the fishes gills burn and for them to gasp a lot. It's a great thing to have because you just put 4 drops in when you completely clean out the tank and put your fish In again. So you will use this again when you clean the entire tank.

Great Product
When setting up a new tank, many factors come into play.. this water conditioner seems to be the only I notice a difference with.. wish I could get a bigger bottle though.
