Toner cartridge nightmare
This kyocera toner cartridge must be defective. I have dots or smudges on the paper every 3 ". will they replace it. I spend over $600 per year on cartridges because i want the best from Kyocera. I have 2 of their machines. The second bought because I thought there was something wrong with the printer instead of the Cartridge.On sale $70 is not a great deal if it doesn't work. Opps! Both cartridges are defective. I need to return them. I am not getting any result writing you. Had toner for 4 months. Ordered early for need. I will never order from you again. jim
