Ordered this for my physiotherapy exercises. Although the product is not bad, the product image showed 3 pieces while only one arrived. The product image is misleading.

This Thera Band is good in quality and perfect for doing exercises. Price was nominal. It has value for money. We can hold it perfectly. It is very light in weight. It doesn’t smell bad.

I got three bands for around 750+ rs so that I could do the physio exercises. I brought extras, as I was considering them to use for my daily fitness. However, the blue one got teared in 8 days, and finally broke apart in 9 days while doing normal extensions exercises.I will be honest as it maybe that I must have used it rigorously while doing lat pulls. Since, the bands are not long enough for the prescribed exercises. I assume it must have got teared then. I still have two more bands, I will use hem and update here accordingly.For now, I would say consider what are you going to use it for as it is not made for rigorous pulling (the blue was ought resist 7-8 kgs I don't why it got teared so easily).I hope the black one does not disappoint.

the band begins to stop stretching very quickly and feels more like a rope if u stretch enough. other bands for example nivea is of much superior quality and u would realise as soon as u use a better band. so get one good band for 300-400 rather wasting 700 on these
