CNBINGO Smart Touch Light Switch, Work with Alexa, Google Home, Smart Life APP, Multi-Control, Double WiFi Switch with LED Backlight, Black Glass Wall Plate, Neutral Wire Required, 2 Gang,600 W/Gang

I've have installed 2 of these a two gang and a 3 gang Easy to install, They are both replacements for a sonoff versions , . The app I use now is tuya smart life which is more reliable than ewelink which sonoff products use , as the ewelink servers go offline far to frequently. The versions I was supplied with has BLE ( Bluetooth low energy) which works very similar to ZigBee. The 3 gang is used for main lounge lights, light on the ceiling fan , and ceiling fan . The 2 gang is used for a lounge patio lights and a kitchen patio lights. Also the 2 gang is being used with door sensors , so when you open either sets of the french doors between sunset and sunrise the corresponding patio lights come on automatically . Both work with Alexa flawlessly. Unfortunately I now have to add I purchased this on the 25 January 2023 and as of 11/06/2023 this is switch this is no longer working, in the heat wave this switch keeps on freezing. After disconnecting the power it will reset correctly for about and hour and will refreeze. Ever after deleting from the app and reinstalling several times make no difference. I have other makes us of smart switches they are working properly in this heat. So I can no longer recommend these switches.mand there seems no way to return for a refund or replacement. Yes I do know what I'm doing as I'm an electrician by trade

Good product works well off app handy as I do use the timer on app as it's for my external lights of my home 👍

Was very good and easy to setup but unfortunately stopped working after a month. Looked to send it back but turns out there is only a 30 day warranty. I cannot work out how to contact support and I will update this review if I hear from them.

There is a delay from the moment you press the switch to the moment you hear the switch turning on/off2. I bought a second one (3 gang) and one of the buttons needs significant force to work

Excellent switch. Works well with Apple Home. Just make sure the box behind the switch it deep enough to fit the block of this switch. Tricky to get the teardrop screw holes to match with the screws but patience paid off.Very pleased. Attractive too.

The switches are great but every time I need to either accept a faulty ( I did first time) or return and get a new one. In my case every second switch has poor finish - chipped or glue unevenly distributed under glass cover which makes it not very esthetic , in some case half of surface impacted . In general super happy but you need to patient with returns in case you get one of many faulty units

Was easy enough to install, however I did need to install the included capacitor in the light fixture for it to work properly. It doesn't like LED bulbs for some reason, I'm guessing it's the voltage drop and makes them flicker. I replaced with halogen and it works perfectly. Looks very neat and modern and works perfectly with alexa devices.

Really ready install, I went for using a neutral as it was available and means no capacitors (not supplied) needed. Simply attach the permanent live to switch and then attach the cable to the light.Word of warning to potential buyers, measure the depth of the pattress box before purchase as this device protrudes 39mm into the box. If your box is less than 40mm deep you will 100% need to fit a spacer (you may then need longer screws).
