I'm very disappointed by this cart. I received it in a loosely-packed box with no instruction manual for assembling it.There are multiple dents on the metal arms and the arms are cut so poorly that two of them could not be installed. By the time I got halfway through assembly and realized that I would not be able to assemble the cart, my hands were densely covered in black particulate (which I'm hoping isn't lead). Even if I could have assembled the cart, it's clear to me that it would not have been worth purchasing at any price.
