I don't know how to do Yoga :) Personally bought this to do some at home work outs that require laying down, stretching etc. (Hate the feeling of hardwood floor on my back lol) so this will come in handy! I won't be using the straps for carrying from places so I won't be really needing them and can't give it a review. But it did came with straps (don't know if I tied it right lol). Texture is really nice on the mat and it doesnt really budge. Overall pretty good mat!

nice, average mat. thick enough that i don’t feel the ground, but thin and easy to carry around. quite happy with it, it accomplishes everything i need it to. however, it did not come with the strap, which was a good chunk of why i ordered it. very frustrated by that. other than that, great mat.

This mat is very comfortable so much so I almost fell asleep relaxing between sets of my workout.

The product has little grip, which made it hard to flow through sequences and hold poses without slipping. The material is nice, but wears out more easily with use and shapes weirdly when pressure is put into it in a small period of time.

I was worried that I will also be receiving the item without the strap but it came with one!It's also lightweight and nonslip. It's quite thin but cushioning is pretty nice, it doesn't hurt when I kneel and I'm pretty heavy (i think?) 130lbs. I would recommend this 👍🏼
