Q: Is this soft like carpet or more like a berber?

This carpet is soft with short, thick pile. It does not have loops like a Berber. We have had it for months. It vacuums beautifully and does not show wear. I love it! Ours looks just like the one in the photo.

Q: I ordered the runner and it has so many bumps from being tightly rolled up. How do you get these bumps out of it so it will lay flat?

We had little problem getting the rugs to lay flat. We put books on it for a day or so. There is one corner that lifts up slightly, but it is barely noticeable. We are very pleased.

Q: What is the correct color? Sealife, sunset, or multi? I found it cheaper on Houzz, but they are calling it "multi" or "sunset".

It’s “multi”. I think ‘sunset’ or ‘sealife’ could be an artistic way to name or describe the patterns, but it does include ALL of the colors shown. It really IS a beautiful rug!

Q: Does the 2 x7 have a rubber backing?

hi, i have the 8’ x 10 version that i use for the living room. for my other runners (even with rubber backing) i use the rubber open weave non-skid and they are great.
