MaxamBattery Powered Portable Fan

Didn't work at first as there was a loose connection. Once my husband got it working it has been a useful little fan and have used it a lot over this hot weather. Although small the speed 2 does create a nice cooling air.

Perfect fan for the isolated setting. Uses 4 x D cell which can be costly or add weight, but blows sufficient air to cool on the hot nights

If you don't mind the noise it's OK, have received a replacement for the original fan which is actually noisier that the first. Totally unsuitable for our need to help get heat from our woodburner into our living room \ home cinema especially when it states how quiet it is!

Just what I needed to take on holiday. The fan is lovely and light and has a good fan speed that keeps you cool.

Works very well and portability away from an electric point is key. Within two days a small piece of plastic coving broke off. This is small and hardly noticeable but should not happen

perfect for camping

I used the fan once for about 3 hours and when I came to use it again it would not work. I changed the batteries thinking that they were perhaps "duff", but it still did not work. I have now taken it apart to make sure the wiring was all connected, which it is, but alas, the fan still does not work!
