Almost what I expected
They do not seem to be as effective as I was expecting, as there wasn't much increase in the amount of times I felt I needed to relieve myself as anticipated. However, since I have never used water pills before, I have no idea what is normal to expect.I pretty sure they worked, but they were also part of a dietary change that just included them. Therefore, I am not absolutely certain as to how well they would be on their own.

I retain water due to high stress levels and this definitely made a difference in the amount of swelling in my lower legs and ankles where it was noticeable after 3 days. So I'm sure it worked all over.

Perfect In Every Way !!!!!
These pills have a very slight berry scent....they do upset my stomach at all. These pills act calmly slowly not all at once...I just ordered more to keep on hand.
